Mate... I will not dispute that cap raises can negatively affect the SP. However, that is typically a relatively short term issue (days to weeks in a stable market). Our decline post-April while initially triggered by the cap raise was then 'primarily' driven by macro factors(here is the All Ords chart).
I would argue we would have declined that much in the following months (if not more) without the cap raise. The whole market tanked especially at the smaller end (many stocks have yet to recover).
I hate seeing a stock decline after a cap raise but its the nature of the beast. We are starting out as a company and need to raise $$. In retrospect, I'm actually glad with timings of these raises. Rather a raise after a run up in the SP than when the SP has been falling.
