Not priced for failure as the majority are not selling or not selling till higher true prices are reflective.
The low apparent price is only an issue for those who need to sell and cant hold. Look at CHN mine - that is a awesome company - dropped like a bomb - I held because it makes sense - go here about their discoveries - .... If you didn't hold you would be very sad now - its on its way back to 12 a share - from a bottom of 3/4 dollars just a few months ago. So prices can change quickly..... Perhaps someone wants a biger piece of pie.
Also Gandal owns other company's which actually own more shares in ASM - go look.... Doubt he is selling - not in his interest - so with him publicly owning a large share and privately owning more shares through third party companies - this baby aint going any where....
But lets see ..
