Thank you amigo for your thorough research. In the Youtube interview the representative from Corcel said at about 5:00 to 5:30 minutes that the licence held by Corcel is a prospector' licence not an exploration licence. He said the difference was that matters such as Native Title were not addressed with a prospector's licence, so approvals are quicker and drilling can be carried out much more easily. I haven't come across this distinction, but I don't live in WA. Do you know anymore about this situation? Thanks @peejayhercules. (I'm surprise that the market didn't respond too kindly to the announcement.)
