Put simply I think you will find that WEC cannot get the amount of water out of the brown coal that ECT can, thus meaning with regards to LV ECT has the superior prodct.

It comes down to who you believe Sholtz.It is macro leap to claim that just because they haven't gone into LV means they cant do so as has been suggested.
