Fellas, please don't be too hard on poor old J P. He has done most of the heavy lifting to date.
He is like a politician.
He is a visionary with high expectations. Not always a good thing, given that there is a lot of work between a good idea and a good result.
He heads a group which, with the best of intentions, set idealistic but not carefully considered goals.
He surrounds himself with the best experts, that he can afford, to get the job done. Possibly likeminded folk.
He now has no option but to put into effect a strategy which has unachievable milestones.
While he and shareholders (yep, you) hope for a miracle that will get the project back on track.
The rest is history.
Happens all the time. Accept it or whatever.
