    Well said Freeflyer, building a road is a lot quicker for Adina connecting to the all weather highway which only takes a few months, than Patriot getting environmental approvals which could take a few more years than the standard 3 year approval (if Patriot gets approval at all, they are on the bottom of the list in terms of needed resources as there are plenty of good deposits in Quebec on higher ground.

    Stay clear of large lakes unless it’s a fishing business!
