This has been discussed to death, and is very clearly laid out in the capital framework announcement. Inaugral dividend payment will be applied to earnings from the 2023 financial year, with the FY ending June 31st, 2023. Don't expect a dividend before then.
A 20c - 30c dividend is not out of the question when it does get announced.
