China was largest customer of YAL in 2020 before the unofficial ban. Yal along with other suppliers diverted this coal to India and other southeast countries. Infact 2020 and 2021 was very difficult years for coal suppliers.
As Chinese major shareholders in YAL, it may again divert coal to China.
