Yes the court case is a distraction and takes up management time, but perhaps the board consider it necessary. And yes Sal is not at all comfortable in front of the camera, but not everyone is. Should they use someone else? I don't know. Being great in front of the camera is not necessarily being great at running a company. Only time will tell.
