I dont disagree , but we shouldnt overlook this particularly important statement included within -
"Importantly, this order does not require working capital, due to the payment structure from the customer."
For what it doesnt say , That is, maybe we can assume the BOD is now looking at raising money for capex once the sp gets a run.
Seems quite logical if DRO expecting a rapid expansion , and its not a bad thing I might add
