if you can't take criticism then you should not be in any business if you treat all your potential customers which express an opinion which does not suit you. . Do you only employ yes people who are fearful you will sack them if they dont agree with you? Don't worry Australia is full of diplomatic employees who could contribute more if they felt safe but dont while they fear their boss.
