Less than a year ago when the SP was at 70c they rejected an offer saying offer price was too low. My guess is that the offer came in at 55-60c. SP never hit 60c again since then because the whole world knows the company is up for sale, i.e. this company is a flipper not a keeper. After all the drama, now he's telling everyone to sell at 50c. One of the 14 JORC compliant spodumene resources in AUS with 11Mt @ 1.2% Li2O is only worth 50c a share? What a joke...

Hi SP, just correcting your post re the last proposal, the company didn’t reject the offer, the other party withdrew it as was unlikely to succeed given the rise in SP. Here is the relevant bit from the announcement.

Might be the same offer getting re-submitted now SP was lower for all we know.
