in 1985 the danish govt banned the use of uranium in the same year greenland left the EU.
When i was working on another project a decade later the subject of uranium was very sensitive,
in 2007 when ggg bought the property this was sold one of the two reasons the uranium problem.
in fact originally ggg did not even own the rare earth rights as they did not want them.
one side of politics in greenland has always been against, today both sides are against.
i cant see your problem of 100 ppm is at all if a country don't want uranium mining there has to be some point to separate the two. if they just said no then no mining would be possible as everything has small amounts of uranium in eg fish lamb and even humans
really this is a tired argument time to move on to a new project or to do some work looking for non uranium orebodies which exist on this tenement and most of all drop the very silly court case
