Spoke to Summer at Mcgrath Nicol today. The only thing preventing them declaring Allco Notes valueless is potential litigation.
Was wondering about that given the number of times the directors misled the market on loan and trading information, not to mention the auditor signing off on some of there BS
Apparently you cant sell them while there in administration either - bugger.
Could actually use the capital loss this year.
I suppose the silver lining to this dark cloud is that their is still some hope no matter how distant.
