well said rbg.. also note clause 3 on p2 of the announcement - 90 days to source and acquire the first project. that is the same clause as was in the ABU deal so your plotting of announcements/timeframes would probably be pretty accurate.
knowing how long it takes to purchase a project and the timeframes to call EGMs, they really must be well advanced in securing a project if they are to deliver it within 90 days
