Anyway, what’s your thoughts on the offer, certainly was a fair bit above the Share price at the time, so was good to see the nice share price jump. Would have been a shame if the Directors had of rejected the offer, at least I now get a vote in the decision of whether to accept or not, though must admit I was hoping it would have been a bit higher so my initial thoughts are to vote no, but then worry that SP will fall back if offer rejected.

Be nice to know if it was the same party that was interested last year or whether that was someone different.
