I mentioned some weeks ago that I had put this Investment in the bottom draw. How ever I from time to time I look at the SP.
The Market Cap on MGT is now $40m (HIO $80m) and falling. For 14 odd years MGT Boards have failed to bring Institional Investors
to the table to create a mine let alone invite a take over bid.
Is there something here we do not know? I am starting to smell a rat in this company. Is this mine capable of going into production?
In 6 months time the Board will be after another CR to pay their salaries and Directors fees for the next 12 months.
Well if current Share holders want to participate in another CR good luck. It will fail this time.
This will leave the Board to consider inviting a take over bid or mothball the project.
In 2025 the Chinese will be shipping from their North African mines, time is also running out.
All of this is IMO and perspective.
