No simple process preparing a responsive "Target Statement" and all that comes with it, or even the simpler "Bidders Statement" for that matter, just ask CE. The current buying pressure you would think is also giving management more to consider and my take is, that this is a big positive.
No help what so ever with MIN announcing their TO offer on the 16 December and lodging official offer on the 3 January. Right smack in the middle of the festive season. Don't know if that was by chance or a deliberate ploy by CE, but it certainly gave me the s...s. - Then had the Gaul to wish us merry Xmas.
Management advised on 20 December "TAKE NO ACTION" and I'm definitely doing what I'm told.
News will come soon enough and right now with what's transacting I'm happy to say "No news is good news"
