They would/could be trailing 12 month figures. My guess at a current share price of approx $6.20 and a full year 2023 dividend of about $1.40 (70c x 2) gives a yield of 22%.
Im guessing $1.40 is in the mid range. The last dividend was 56c so a bump to 70c isn't unfathomable. Even if we assume it's 56c x 2 again, that's $1.12 and a yield on today's price of 18% then add in franking credits.
buys in NHC/WHC/TER are no brainers for me. Great dividend yields and growth potential too.
