No mention of H. pylori under pre-clinical. Wonder weather they've put it on the back burner for now.
I see they are still claiming they have reached human IV dose rates equivalent to efficacious dose rates in animals. They fail to mention that this dose rate achieved plasma concentrations which were multiples lower than achieved in animals.
Oh well, at least it looks like 327 could be a massively powerful UTI antibiotic, even if it doesn't end up being capable of treating bacteraemia/sepsis.
