What is it with failed political commentators/pretend consultants and lying ?
Nuclear power only provided 25% of Germany's power at it's peak.
So, that left 75% for other technologies. Today, it's only provides 11%. Almost 90% of their power has to come from somewhere else. 40% is coming from renewables.
Just as well they stepped in, isn't it ?
Germany made the decision to move from nuclear to gas. Fossil fuel. Not renewables.
It is the fossil fuel that has let the Germans down.
