That is a pretty negative statement given the optimism of the presentation. Are you absolutely sure that efficacy has not been achieved at those rates? Are you absolutely sure that these plasma levels in humans are ineffective based on animal levels? Is there no way that the animal levels were tested up to far higher rates than absolutely necessary? Given that presentation, if what you say is correct, I think that omission would be more than "failing to mention", it would be downright misleading. Is that what you are suggesting? That their efficacy claims in humans are false?
