Oh no! According to Christianp, it definitely was not the Arabs fault, but could it be that it is the fault of:
those arrogant autocratic Arab leaders who squandered billions of dollars earned in the last thirty years through enoromus oil revenue. Oh no! It was always someone elses fault especially those terrible Americas. We coudn't posssibly blame ourselves could we, it is just so difficult to admit the truth!
