Yeah I think you might be right because for the life of me I cant think of why people would be selling down. the big boys haven't sold a share ( last time I checked ) and know what is at the end of the tunnel once LD finishes the Broadway walk and puts a bow on JRL to the highest bidder. He even threw a $19 a share as an estimation comment in one of his video interviews!
America is throwing everything and the kitchen sink to stop depending on China's and they biggest mineral they fell asleep at the wheel on is Lithium..which they have certainly come to realise so in my opinion I'd be baffled if uncle doesn't rubber Sam stamp LAC.
