I'm guessing he's been poached, all FMG executives are prime targets.
would not be surprised if he's the CEO/chairman of about mining company in a few months.
as for selling his shares, I doubt he has that many, couldn't easily find any record of it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but he was CFO, not a director, so we don't get informed of his buying/selling?
