yeah i no!! i heard the other day that on the average mortgage (300 grand i think?) 1 point up = 50 bucks a month... and ppl are predicting another 4 to come... extra 200-250 a month.. with 4 out of 5 aussies already stressed about there debt... maybe its time to invest into bottlos.. as ppl turn to booze to sink their sorrows?
