Ive just been looking at the board- wishing no disrespect- Im going to go right out on a limb here-I believe they all should go except Harry Rosen & Dr Esra Ogru.

POH is entering its most important new phase of mature stage clinical trials, product development, deal making and execution..... POH needs strategic thinkers with a different skill set than has been previously required and I dont think the old board cuts the mustard!

I want to see our Key Exec Directors with plenty of passion for POH and plenty of "skin in the game" (Harry & Esra tick those boxes) The rest of the board should comprise a mix of talented corporates with recent (and demonstrably successful) track records in key areas POH now needs. I would suggest in the areas of Pharma Licencing/Deal Making/Manufacture; Advertising & Marketing in International Markets; and perhaps M&A Banking & Corp Finance. So thats a board of 5. Throw in 2 seats for a couple of Institutional Investors and we have a seven seater- the kind of board I would like to see shaping POHs future. There is NO room at the table for freeriders. There is too much to be accomplished and it needs to be fastracked by the best Board we can assemble. 2010 is when this needs to happen. Our future depends on it.
