If Stx's offer is an invitation to Gina to take over-with Min's assistance.Its like saying we are yours -lets now settle on a price for our shares.
If the BOD had wanted to fight for STX's survival you'd not launch the t/o for WGO.You'd stay with the the current stalemate.
The take over of STX will begin in earnst once Gia/Min swap their shares for Stx shares.
