Guys,
Don’t look at this with the lens of “How will a $100m MC company raise $1Bn CAPEX?”
It will be CRML a company valued at around $1Bn that will raise the required funds, not EUR as it stands. It is really not rocket science.
The merger is extremely likely to go ahead and EUR could potentially be holding 80% of a billion dollar company.
