Contrarian view, the penny stock market needs companies like Regal to keep them afloat, Regal are expensive to deal with, as they should be as they play in a risky end of the market and they need a premium return for the risks they take
I liken them to using your credit card to fund something as opposed to redrawing your home loan, credit card is quick, easy and pricey
They have a place in the market, people need to be at peace with that
