Anyone spotted anywhere a notice that the Morila subsidiary has actually had receivers or liquidators or administrators appointed yet, as was first inferred?
In any event, this sort of appointment would not nullify shareholdings, and unless FFX has signed something to relinquish its shareholding in the subsidiary (and not simply refused to fund it further), or unless the Malian Govt has removed the license from that subsidiary and transferred it and the operations to another separate entity, then FFX still owns part of that subsidiary. This may have been posted here before but who (i.e. which actual entity) is currently operating the Morila mine??
