If I do nothing (as in not buy into the current frenzy) then I have time on my side to watch things as they progress therefore I am expecting something.
Time is the key - I'd be terribly uncomfortable having to buy right now because in my (amateur) opinion we're very close to the top. Quite similar to trading shares using charts - Don't buy at the top.
Again I'm an amateur, young, naive, never bought before however this one decision can and will decide the rest of my life so I'm happy to sit it out for now.
