Ann: Verkor signs non-binding LOI for Talga Anode Supply, page-35

Over 2 million shares traded in Talga with over two hours left before the ASX close. Looks like Talga has only exceeded the 2m volume mark three times previously in the last 12 months, which indicates there's a lot more eyeballs starting to take an interest in the company.

Would be very timely if Talga can attract some additional publicity as @oldmate alluded to in an earlier post with Sweden hosting the EU commission later this week in Kiruna (12-13 Jan). Just a quick reminder there's up to 300 million Euros potentially available via the EIB to Talga if they can get permits over the line next month and convert some of these offtake deals to binding.

Still no news on the resource upgrade - I imagine that can't be too far away given they got the final assay results months ago. This upgrade may be the prelude to an expansion to the previously tabled Niska Scoping Study beyond the 100,000tpa.

Also, you'd suspect Talga would want to aim for 3-4 offtake partners (2 so far), so perhaps we can expect a few more Talnode-C offtake deals to be announced and there should also be news at some stage on Cathode Additive offtake deals.

Talga have announced they are currently upgrading the Rudolstadt site in Q1 to scale up Talnode-Si samples for qualification - so i'm not expecting any offtake deals to be announced until perhaps mid year onwards to allow time for additional large scale testing.
