Thanks for the great examples Warnie, I've run through a lot of these already. One thing I think you're missing is the money I'm saving by renting (therefore reducing my loan amount), but let's save 100 posts about that point.
Yes rates may be more, house prices may be more or the whole thing could be up the creek but as I've already stated - I'm happy to sit on the sidelines & watch the circus play out.
