Performance rights are granted to senior executives both as an incentive and to ensure alignment of interest with shareholders.

Since FY22, Alcidion has ceased issuing performance rights to directors and other key management personnel.


The majority of performance rights (563,309) recently announced to have ceased were for the recently resigned Dr Malcolm Pradhan because he can no longer meet the conditions of the Long-Term Incentive Plan.

The remainder would relate to other employees because the rights lapse when a holder ceases their employment with Alcidion unless the Board exercises discretion.
