If Azure does end up successful in finding commercial quantities of Lithium (which is highly unlikely IMHO) then long term retail shareholders are the biggest losers.
It would’ve been reasonable giving such investors a chance to increase their investment at a discount - because after all, they’ve stuck by this company through thick and thin.
Retail investors have been relegated yet again, noting the last capital raising in Dec 2020 was much of the same - but arguably more sensible, as they weren’t selling off 1/5th of the company without shareholder approval.
One things for sure - shareholders don’t seem to have much of a say for what happens at Azure.
Today, Azure management should hang their heads in shame.
