Mon & Wed positive days, all 3 days were accumulation days for the instos/fundies and I still wonder if HP/GR are still buying a few 500,000 here and there. We're still needing an announcement to push this SP along to new 11year highs, and consolidate itself above 55c (close), and if it holds itself above 55 for 6 weeks then ARU could even be included in the quarterly ASX200 rebalance this March !! (but more likely the JuneQ announcement on Fri June 2nd by S&P, No 200 position usually MC>1.0bil). Me thinks some of the fundies buying is in definite anticipation of ARU inclusion within next 5 months.
Directors interest notices were interesting. GL is on target to hold near on 9.3 million shares by 2026. Anyone aware of what the hurdle "he/ARU" failed to meet not to get the Dec 2022 performance rights? 930K "Lapse of unvested performance rights following expiry" He'll still get to 10.0mil even without the lapsed ones. Good to have management in with "plenty of skin in the game". Interesting to see if GL hangs around til 2026. Anyone recall when he became CEO ?2015 or 16? Chairman Southey with 625K shares Interesting to note that the Chinese ECE Nolans Inv Co PL Director remains with zero shares. I note the background from @Hosujan (65297030) was very informative and to my recollection absolutely spot on, regarding the Chinese saving ARU I think back in mid-2012, with what I recall roughly $20mil at 0.20 a share, and since diluted their holding % as they have not subscribed another dollar since (pretty sure they bought 25% of ARU for that $20mil, now will be down to 5.2% after Tranche 2 lands on the 20th Jan). At least they're in profit !! BBB just blabbing....GLTAH
