    Exactly the same fate can also happen to the lithium mining, once the applications for operation/start of production are submitted to the authorities, this is done according to El's announcement only after a successful DFS.

    For all those who do not know exactly where the lithium mine is located, here is a screenshot.

    At nearly 1600 meters above sea level !

    There can be in the winter quite 3 meters of snow whereby special attention is directed to the fact that in such altitudes of the Alps the animals and plants are affected as little as possible, in order not to disturb them in the survival in such altitudes.

    Even if the deal with Sizzle goes through, it may take years before EL is even allowed to start construction (widening and asphalting the road, etc.) to the mine entrance.

    Down in the valley, a site for the lithium hydroxide plant has not even been purchased yet....but there is already talk of deliveries to BMW in 2026????

    A lithium hydroxide plant is a large complex plant that does not just grow on trees,
    First a site has to be found,
    then a plan has to be set up,
    this has to be approved,
    then the plant has to be ordered and built.

    Any objection or other delay to the project (which has been ongoing) casts doubt on the 2026 delivery date to BMW.
    If the deadline is not met, what happens then?

    Strange that all these points above are not discussed here?
