50/50 is pessimistic if you are a glass half empty type (which you seem to be) as opposed to a glass half full type. Nearly every post from you is about why the TO probably won't go ahead. Don't think I've seen one optimistic post from you where you think the TO will happen just to balance it out. Sounds pretty pessimistic to me. You even said in one of your most recent posts, and I quote, "I think the risk of the takeover not proceeding is around 50-60%." An optimistic person wouldn't include the word not in that statement. Just sell and be the smartest guy in the room if the TO falls over and the SP crashes.
