You need to monitor your parasite reduction.
Post drenching you can have a fresh hatching................. so you will need to drench again.
The reason that you will need to have a second or third drench is that there may be a large hatching of parasites and if left unchecked and not removed until later on, they can give you a toxic reaction as they die off but in far greater numbers.
Apparently we can have un-hatched parasites that are suppressed from hatching due to the living parasites releasing a hormone to keep them from being competition.
Once the current batch of living parasites die, the hormones aren't produced and thus the dormant eggs in cysts can all hatch out.
