And on that point mentioned by Matt & others here about holders' spp allocations being scaled back, I would like to think that we would be given priority over a single large investor who couldn't come up with the cash by the placement deadline. Let him buy on market, or at least make a separate placement to him at 10c or higher to reflect current higher sp, imo. Even better, if we don't actually need his cash right now, don't make a placement at all until the sp's much higher (as I believe it soon will be). SRI needs to consider dilutive aspect as well as cash in the bank, and oversubbed placement says there's currently excess demand for SRI scrip at 9c.
