I'm honestly amazed Argentina let producers reinject processed brine (I'm assuming Lake have permission to do this, but I couldn't find anything explicitly stating this). There must be huge environment hurdles to do this.
LPI pushed this down the track due to the process required. Imagine the damage you'd do if you injected millions of litres of dilute sulphuric acid or something.
