Yes you are correct. I said this a couple of years ago.
It is believed by some that it is better to lease and leave maintenance and upgrades to the owner than to own and get caught with obsolete tech.
My accountant likes leasing - says it has tax advantages.
And if I don’t need the equipment anymore it just goes back to the owners and it doesn’t need to be written off or sold.
I believe if there was a lease plan for APAS we’d be building factories to make more.
