A new CEO appointed inSeptember of 2022 in the midst of a protracted attack by Short Sellers, build out & start up of demo plant at Kachi.

Three announcements in 3 days just after the New Year when pretty much every Engineering Service Provider shuts down for the year.
- Confirmation of Lilac's IX process meeting performance criteria.
- Confirmation of a doubling of the resource LCE for Kachi
- Resetting of timelines & thus market expectations as to delivery of DFS
- Two divisions of the company now
- Process facility development & Operations - let's call this downstream.
- Field Development & Evaluation - let's call this upstream
- Noting these are now dedicated functional groups with their own lines of accountability

Whilst continuing on we have
- ESIA work ongoing
- collation of remaining data points for the DFS - aquifer pumping extraction & reinjection
- 3 other project sites which will now fall under Field Development & Evaluation group
- Eluate on it's way to Saltworks for conversion into Li2CO3 in a couple of months
- With the plant operational data from the performance of the Demo plant, realistic numbers which can be plugged into a scale out FEED study of a full sized 50ktpa facility - now under the Process facility development & operations umbrella

When you consider the multiple projects which Mr Dickson was managing for McDermott, something that I'd like to know the answer to is if they have the process facility data from the demo plant & close out the inputs with this additional testing of the extraction/reinjection for Kachi, then if the IX process proves to be the optimal process for Kachi, for those other 3 projects the demo plant data from Kachi should also be able to be used for simultaneous DFS.
