Well 1 year SP prediction is triple + from where we are today.IMO

But if that recent news article is correct regarding IM3NY engaging HSBC to raise capital for expansion plans at a valuation of 1.5B if that’s correct given our strong ownership level of IM3 it will give mns MC of 900M PRE money, current MC only 380M.

But let’s just go off that number for now assuming it’s correct that will put SP well above 80c. (I think a lot less than 1 year because HSBC is currently doing its rounds so once institutional investors know more about IM3NY and is about to achieve certification and first revenues, plus its in operation, made in USA, strong public and private capital allocation for this sector, supportive govt policies, locked in sales, strong board and management with good industry experience and experts in the field headed up by IM3 CEO which was the head of Tesla giga factory build I think 80c is conservative, as IM3 has a lot of opportunity to scale up and huge growth plans to help met this exponential growth in the market.

Not many giga factories are up and running today in the USA so we are in an very exciting position to be able to capitalise on this. (I recall Frank P mentioned he recently come back from visit of IM3 and he was blown away seeing how large the factory is I believe he said it’s equivalent size of 3 or 4 NRL fields)

But another BIG thing many retail investors are overlooking attm is we can HELP OEM and big USA corporations take advantage of Biden US inflation act and credits as they are required to purchase their cells from the US and this is where IM3 steps in. Institutional investors will see this is massive investment opportunity and I think this stock has potential for couple of dollars.

Just my thoughts I work in the banking and finance sector and just using some key things bankers look for. IMO
