I think they have addressed that once before, but I couldn't find a link.
From memory they were not that concerned.
It only takes 1.5g of dye per sq/m, and at least by molecule weight Ru only accounts for about 7% of the dye I looked at, so they don't need a lot of it assuming not to much is lost in processing.
