That was a great post. Looks like they might be worth their CURRENT salary. A look at their activity and success in the next 12 months may help the shareholders to give them a wage bonus on their current levels. However, I dont believe that all this activity requires wage increases approved at the AGM.
Perhaps next year.
Wage and bonuses are usually connected with SUCCESSFUL business activity resulting in company profits and dividends to shareholders. So regardless of what is going on in the company at the moment, it is not worth anything. So I hope the shareholders do not get confused with this 'activity' (which is just doing their job for which they are currently paid more than enough) and think the directors are worth more to the company.
As a long time holder,10 years to THIS DATE, we have been through this before with the Oil in the US. As someone wrote then, "how would a little white shoe brigade mob on the GC get access to worthwhile oil deposits - they would have been run over by the big boys". I just feel this is all deja-vue.
