Had some thoughts....

Pro... Spenda won Carpet Court and 205 franchises, this is a great validation and a starting point.

Con... Running costs pushing us closer to a cap raise.

pro, now that CC is onboard the positive news may act as a catalyst to bring more franchises.

Con... May need more than a few quarters to find it's direction with a worst case of I think a consolidation

pro... The market of which they are trying to disrupt is in the billions, so plenty of potential against the downside that is possible.

Now here is the interesting bit, if you have a $5000 investment in them and in either outcome of more dilution or a consolidation if the company can 10x the results is still 50K.... It's just if it consolidates you just own less shares...

Any thoughts on this way of looking at it this way ,?
