My reasoning:
The JORC promoted the bulk resource as 0.15g/t, but the SS achieved the results it did by using 0.25g/t cut-off.
With the level of indicated where is was, 0.25g/t was necessary.
0.15g/t may become viable in the future studies, eg. if the inferred gets upgraded, and the strip ratio improves.
Also, the sensitivities analysis was created to match the SS, which used 0.25g/t. So the sensitivities would be inaccurate if using 0.15g/t cut-off.
Hopefully 0.15g/t would become viable, as that should mean that cost per tonne of reducing in future studies (lower cost would make lower grade ore viable). I'm assuming Fort Know is more drilled out, and having some kind of better metrics, like strip ratio or size.
