Easy enough for PLS to neutralise the impact of a DRP thereby avoiding extra shares and consequent dilution. Not everyone wants to buy on market themselves especially if their holdings are not large (notwithstanding by timing their purchase right they would get better value).
DRPs are very popular with retail investors.
